Case Summary: Mr. Lu commissioned Seapoe Relo to ship some furniture from Hangzhou to Sydney, Australia.

As Australia's fifth-largest city, Adelaide is renowned for its religious freedom and political openness. This beautiful port city not only holds the title of the world's tenth most livable city, but is also home to world-class, prestigious universities, providing superior resources and environments for students from around the globe who come to Australia to study. At the same time, the vigorous development of emerging industries and economic diversification in recent years have provided broader employment prospects and opportunities for the local area. As a result, many Chinese immigrants to Australia tend to choose Adelaide as their place of residence.

Mr. Xu from Ningbo needed to ship some personal belongings from China to Adelaide. These items were mostly daily necessities, books, and a few pieces of furniture, with a total volume of about 7 cubic meters, suitable for LCL sea freight to Australia. When shipping personal belongings from China to Australia, the first step is to determine what items to transport. Australia's quarantine inspection is very strict; to prevent biological invasion, many items commonly found in China—such as bamboo-woven rattan chairs and wool carpets—cannot be shipped. In addition, items contaminated with soil are subject to very strict entry controls, such as floor-length curtains and outdoor tents. Therefore, when Mr. Xu was shipping his items, Seapoe's customer service provided detailed advice on which items could be included. In addition, Mr. Xu needed door-to-door packing service, so on the day of pickup, Seapoe's staff brought professional packing materials to pack the items to be shipped. Below is the packing scene from that day:
